At each moment in time, it is up to you to choose which path you wish to walk. The same applies to the path we all choose to take, as individuals and as collectives of people. Do we choose to remain ashore, lumbering, asleep as individuals and as a humanity, unable to communicate in all the amazing ways in which we are capable of communicating, and perhaps unwittingly supporting the creations against humanity? Or do we choose to be awakened, willing to embark on a journey that takes us into the Universal Heart as human beings yet again, having rediscovered who we truly are?

This book fills a gap in the personal and spiritual development literature because it highlights the importance of accessing and attending to those memories, not to savour them as souvenirs but to transform them. It highlights the fact that we operate on planet Earth as a human species that has evolved over time, and we will continue to evolve as a species. But how we choose to evolve is what we need to reflect on as individuals and as part of a collective species. We have the responsibility to make some new decisions, after first identifying, how we came to be (over time) where we are now.

Born and raised in The Netherlands and having lived in Australia as a spiritually attuned migrant for more than 30 years, José is deeply committed to helping you to restore balance of body, mind, and spirit, connecting you as a spiritual being at the centre of ‘your cross’. She is a commended art therapist and author of both academic, spiritual books and journal articles.

José holds a PhD in cross-cultural education, a Master's in Education Studies, an Advanced Diploma in Transpersonal Art Therapy, and completed a Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship. She had 18 years of tertiary education and over 25 years of experience facilitating learning processes of people from all walks of life, specialising in people’s personal development, expression and communication skills. Her sound knowledge of therapeutic work plus her ability to connect with people’s state of wellbeing deeply and intuitively ensures her clients’ success.

She has inspired and guided hundreds of people, inspiring them to reach their next level of development.

José’s life purpose is to offer you a tailor-made pathway that develops your creativity, strengthens your autonomy, your communication skills, and your capacity to fulfil your highest potential and calling in a holistic, practical, pragmatic way.
